Myofascial Release (MFR)
60 minutes – $125
90 minutes – $180

The first MFR session needs to be 90 minutes and includes an initial intake, assessment and approximately 45-60 minutes of hands-on time. The rate is $180. Follow-up sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes.

Women, please wear a 2-piece bathing suit or sports bra and loose-fitting shorts.
Men, please wear loose-fitting shorts.
Please do not wear any lotions, oils or fragrances to the appointment.

Tension and Trauma Release Exercises™
90 minutes – $125
Follow-up sessions – $125

The first TRE™ session needs to be 90 minutes and includes an explanation of what it is, a demonstration of the exercises/stretches and time to allow the body to release and integrate. If desired, follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Please do not wear any fragrances to the appointment.

Trauma-Informed Massage
60 minutes – $125
90 minutes – $180

The first Trauma-Informed Massage session needs to be 90 minutes and includes an initial intake and approximately 60 minutes of hands-on time. The rate is $180 for the first session. Follow up sessions are $125 for 60 minutes.

Please do not wear any fragrances to the appointment.

Cancellations
If you discover you cannot attend your appointment, kindly give 24 hours’ notice.  Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a full charge for the session missed.
